Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with production leadership to drive engineering standards for excellence in builds (quality, build improvements, order of operations)
  • •Interface with engineers and technicians to streamline manufacturing flow, eliminate downtime, and remove blockers
  • •Create and manage tools to communicate schedule, identify critical path/dependencies, and track progress
  • •Review and triage work order feedback, coordinating with process planning for incorporation on in-process orders and revisions
  • •Support first build process development for new and changing assembly designs, including process/equipment design and development builds

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency with 2+ years in a hands-on manufacturing environment OR Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science
