Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with production leadership to drive engineering standards for excellence in builds (quality, build improvements, order of operations)
•Interface with engineers and technicians to streamline manufacturing flow, eliminate downtime, and remove blockers
•Create and manage tools to communicate schedule, identify critical path/dependencies, and track progress
•Review and triage work order feedback, coordinating with process planning for incorporation on in-process orders and revisions
•Support first build process development for new and changing assembly designs, including process/equipment design and development builds

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency with 2+ years in a hands-on manufacturing environment OR Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science
