Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Amazon across all levels to understand business and marketplace and drive growth.
  • •Achieve New Item Authorization, Distribution goals, and base business objectives for revenue and share growth.
  • •Lead implementation of ecommerce category growth projects and promotional revenue objectives on Amazon, including pricing strategies for owned categories.
  • •Manage ecommerce execution of assigned category objectives with customer leads.
  • •Manage owned categories P&L, maintain business documentation, and use analytics to build category and brand business plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven customer account management experience in a CPG company with P&L and forecasting ownership.
  • •Experience working directly with retail customer teams, including sales tactics and growing partnerships.
  • •Ability to own business processes and sales management outcomes, including fully owning performance results and business P&L.
  • •Demonstrated customer-first mindset and proven interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) to negotiate and influence.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools/systems such as Power BI, Profitero, Circana, Spark, and Mintel.
