Job Summary

Assist clients with originating residential mortgage loans by advising on home-lending solutions that match their financial goals. Prospect and develop new client relationships, manage loan origination from application through closing, and gather required documents. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the process, maintain strong client satisfaction and loan quality, stay current on market and mortgage industry trends, and build partnerships with real estate agents and financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities

•Prospect home lending business to build new client loan originations and relationships.
•Originate and process residential real estate mortgage transactions following Home Lending process and product guidelines.
•Provide clients with detailed information on mortgage options, interest rates, and terms to support informed decisions.
•Gather documents at registration and act as the primary point of contact during the loan process.
•Maintain client satisfaction and loan quality while staying current on real estate market and mortgage industry trends.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as a loan officer in first mortgage production (preferred).
•3+ years of working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, TIL regulations, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, RESPA regulations, and local/state real estate and finance laws (preferred).
•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience (preferred).
•Strong customer service and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in sales and service skills such as tele-consulting, prospecting, networking, and COI relationship management.
