Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer as a Finance Business Partner, delivering financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for sales and go-to-market initiatives. Build financial models for key P&L drivers and guide strategic decisions on where incremental investments drive the greatest impact. Collaborate with Sales and Product to evaluate incentives, promotions, and pricing changes, and translate results into clear recommendations to support planning, targets, and OKRs.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for sales and go-to-market activities.
•Develop financial models to guide strategic decisions on P&L drivers and investment impact.
•Assess how incentives, promotions, and pricing changes affect revenue by partnering with Sales and Product.
•Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasting, reporting, and spend management with recommendations to optimize against budget.
•Analyze results and communicate key insights to internal stakeholders to support planning, targets, and OKRs.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of FP&A experience.
•Preferred experience in a public company and/or marketplace environment.
•Experience working with Business Development and Sales teams.
•Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
