Sr System Integration & Test Engineer

Lead development of complex module parts and technically own solutions, coordinating designs across multiple teams and trains. Take the technical lead on integrating multiple subsystems into a complete ASML system and secure integration aligned to customer specifications. Specify qualification, integration, and production tests; design and produce test tools; execute and report results. Document engineering choices, manage dependencies, support planning, and guide peer work (typically 3–5 engineers) while balancing quality and delivery.
