•Create, plan and execute inbound/outbound sales campaigns; focused on lead generation and qualification to drive new business with emails and calls.
•Partner with Account Executives to increase the opportunity pipeline;
•Convert sales-ready leads to the sales team for further follow-up and achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities.

Key Requirements

•0-1 years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience; open to recent graduates.
•Fluent in Finnish with strong written and verbal communication; English proficiency required.
•Ability to generate and qualify leads, conduct inbound/outbound outreach, and set meetings with Account Executives.
•Strong interest in technology, SaaS, iPaaS, and AI; eager to build a career in tech sales.
•Excellent energy and a proactive attitude; comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
