Job Summary

Develop, review, and coordinate outbound export logistics planning and scheduling aligned with logistics operations and planning. Balance delivery quality and cost-effectiveness across multiannual, quarterly, and monthly/weekly time horizons, and monitor execution with internal teams and external suppliers using KPIs. Manage deviations with corrective action plans, support tenders and RFQs, track/trace key customers, coordinate CBAM activities, and recommend improvements to SAP and logistics tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Logistics Commercial Leader in planning and scheduling outbound logistics activities, including shipping, trucking, freight forwarding, and port activities, with KPI-based performance monitoring.
•Develop logistics plans across longer-term, quarterly, and short-term time horizons; build and update logistics budgets and forecasts with detailed cost/volume analysis.
•Monitor export logistics execution with external suppliers and internal teams (e.g., allocation and port CFS), and coordinate action plans to recover from significant deviations.
•Coordinate export tenders and RFQs—identify opportunities, analyze tender documents, prepare bid proposals, and help Sales secure contracts and spot rates.
•Assist with logistics commercial administration such as managing disputes in invoices, liaison on service agreements with Legal, and supporting CBAM process coordination with tax.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or a related specialization.
•5–10 years of relevant export logistics experience in a similar industry with progressively increasing planning and operations responsibilities.
•Experience planning and scheduling shipping, trucking, freight forwarding, and port activities with KPI performance monitoring.
•Ability to analyze logistics data, maintain budgets and datasets, and manage consistency checks for costs and volumes.
•Experience coordinating logistics risks/constraints and driving corrective action plans when execution deviates (e.g., >20%).
