Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead RF design, RF EMC, and wireless integration activities across product categories.
  • •Drive resolution of complex RF issues and ensure high-quality, robust hardware delivery.
  • •Serve as the subject matter expert in RF design, antenna development, RF EMC, and wireless system integration.
  • •Design and optimize integrated antenna and RF hardware for constrained product environments; perform EM simulation and testing.
  • •Collaborate with ODM/JDM partners to deliver RF hardware solutions and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Master’s in Electronics, Communications, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in RF system design, with proven delivery of connected products.
  • •Strong experience with wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, RFID or similar and emerging protocols such as Matter, along with embedded antenna systems.
  • •Expertise in miniaturized antenna design, tuning, and integration in complex product environments.
  • •Proficient in RF simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS HFSS or similar) and RF circuit design, system-level validation, and lab characterization.
