Key Responsibilities

•Lead RF design, RF EMC, and wireless integration activities across product categories.
•Drive resolution of complex RF issues and ensure high-quality, robust hardware delivery.
•Serve as the subject matter expert in RF design, antenna development, RF EMC, and wireless system integration.
•Design and optimize integrated antenna and RF hardware for constrained product environments; perform EM simulation and testing.
•Collaborate with ODM/JDM partners to deliver RF hardware solutions and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

•Degree or Master’s in Electronics, Communications, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
•8+ years of experience in RF system design, with proven delivery of connected products.
•Strong experience with wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, RFID or similar and emerging protocols such as Matter, along with embedded antenna systems.
•Expertise in miniaturized antenna design, tuning, and integration in complex product environments.
•Proficient in RF simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS HFSS or similar) and RF circuit design, system-level validation, and lab characterization.
