Build contextual legal solutions by researching laws across jurisdictions, simplifying complex regulations into actionable guidance, and partnering with external counsel and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop a deep understanding of the business, products, and regulatory landscape to deliver contextual legal support.
•Provide practical advice on contract enforceability, licensing, regulatory compliance, and cross-border legal risks.
•Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents while aligning advice with business objectives and risk management.
•Conduct legal and regulatory research across jurisdictions and translate complex laws into clear internal legal opinions and memoranda.
•Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel, assess impacts of regulatory developments, and support legal frameworks, templates, and training.

Key Requirements

•Qualified lawyer with 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial law.
•Strong background in contract negotiation and advisory, ideally in financial services, fintech, or technology-driven companies.
•Strong legal research and analytical skills, with experience interpreting and applying regulations and legislation.
•Excellent drafting ability for contracts, legal opinions, internal memoranda, and business-facing guidance.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to explain complex legal issues to non-legal stakeholders.
