Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a deep understanding of the business, products, and regulatory landscape to deliver contextual legal support.
  • •Provide practical advice on contract enforceability, licensing, regulatory compliance, and cross-border legal risks.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents while aligning advice with business objectives and risk management.
  • •Conduct legal and regulatory research across jurisdictions and translate complex laws into clear internal legal opinions and memoranda.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel, assess impacts of regulatory developments, and support legal frameworks, templates, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer with 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial law.
  • •Strong background in contract negotiation and advisory, ideally in financial services, fintech, or technology-driven companies.
  • •Strong legal research and analytical skills, with experience interpreting and applying regulations and legislation.
  • •Excellent drafting ability for contracts, legal opinions, internal memoranda, and business-facing guidance.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to explain complex legal issues to non-legal stakeholders.
