Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as part of a self-directed forge team to continuously improve operations in an advanced forge press setting.
  • •Set up equipment and tooling and perform die set up based on process work instructions and job requirements.
  • •Operate and adjust the forge press, trim press, automatic loader, graphite spray system, heat induction system, and related controls.
  • •Perform quality inspections using gauge usage, SPC tracking, and blueprint reading; visually inspect forgings for errors.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and safety-focused housekeeping/5S standards; assist with training and cross-training as needed.
