Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, drive, and execute CE transition projects and sourcing cost reduction initiatives with cross-functional partners.
  • •Work on projects including supplier transfer to high-growth regions, supply base optimization, supply risk mitigation, and value engineering changes.
  • •Build business cases, execute projects, and track productivity until implementation.
  • •Perform risk management, identify issues early, and minimize execution barriers, delays, and escalations.
  • •Lead productivity workshops and coordinate stakeholder relationships to expand the project pipeline.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years managing supplier transition projects, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or commodity sourcing areas.
  • •Experience working in a global team environment.
  • •Project management and/or contract management experience.
  • •Strong decision-making using analysis, judgment, and problem-solving.
  • •English proficient; excellent written and oral communication skills, with negotiation and organizational/prioritization ability.
