•Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for our global financial platform, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver robust features.
•Participate in the full software development lifecycle from ideation and design to deployment and maintenance.
•Contribute to architectural design discussions, helping shape the technology stack and uphold engineering best practices through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
•Leverage AI tools to augment skills and accelerate learning while ensuring full ownership of code and solutions developed.
•Build and contribute to critical projects from day one with mentorship from senior engineers and a clear path for progression.

Key Requirements

•A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related technical discipline, with a strong academic record.
•Three/Four or more years of experience as a software engineer writing production-grade code.
•Proficient understanding of core CS principles, including data structures, algorithms, software design, and complexity analysis.
•Demonstrable programming ability in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
