Job Summary

Manage and deliver capital projects for Boron and Wilmington Operations, working across prefeasibility and feasibility stages. Partner closely with operations, processing, environmental, safety, and maintenance stakeholders to ensure RTB capital plan compliance while troubleshooting and executing optimization changes. Lead development of project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, bid documents, job execution plans, and project charters, coordinating with contractors and engineering groups to drive safe, timely delivery.

•Ensure projects are managed with high attention to safety and in accordance with Rio Tinto Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
•Actively participate in HSEQ systems including critical risk management verifications, incident reporting/analysis, inspections, and risk assessments.
•Manage multiple projects with outside engineering groups, contractors, or service providers.
•Facilitate development of project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, detailed engineering, and contracting/procurement strategies.
•Coordinate CEA preparation and project charters with Finance and project sponsors; select and oversee engineering/field contractors to complete projects.

Salary: USD 92,240 - 126,830 annually
