•Scale a book of enterprise partners and drive topline revenue growth for TikTok Shop’s US Commerce business.
•Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth.
•Design innovative collaborative models aligned to merchants’ short- and long-term plans and allocate platform resources effectively.
•Partner cross-functionally to solve key business growth challenges.
•Provide consultative content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency, merchandising, and logistics solutions, and update active sellers on product developments and promotions.

Key Requirements

•Track record of delivering and exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
•Fast learner and open to changes.
•Preferred: familiarity with TikTok and other content platforms and experience in content-based e-commerce.
