Retail Supervisor - Full Time (Chicago Premium)

Lead day-to-day store operations to deliver consistently high customer experience while driving sales, KPIs, and profitability. Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruiting, training, and developing employees. Own payroll control and service-driven scheduling, manage inventory and shrink goals, and ensure merchandising processes and compliant, safe store operations—working non-traditional hours as needed.
