Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and perform structural design and analysis for multiple data center buildings, including hyperscale and colocation type facilities.
  • •Develop design documentation for tilt-up concrete panels, precast structures, steel framing systems, and deep and shallow foundations.
  • •Coordinate design deliverables with architectural, civil, MEP, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and client standards.
  • •Oversee preparation of construction documents, specifications, and calculations, ensuring quality, code compliance, and technical excellence.
  • •Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience (building structures design and analysis) or demonstrated equivalency
  • •Licensed U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE)
  • •Experience in data center, mission critical, or large-scale logistics/industrial facilities
  • •Experience with BIM (Revit), ETABS, RISA, RAM, SAP2000, Safe, etc., and with precast concrete systems and steel design
  • •Demonstrated experience with low embodied carbon materials and sustainable structural design approaches
