Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations in person and by phone.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and related deposit and lending products, including home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation; support branch operations on the Teller line as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience prioritized).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
