Job Summary

Lead consulting practice growth at the intersection of digital business strategy and commercial development. Partner with Sales and Key Account Managers to shape account sales strategies, run discovery workshops, and build business cases tied to measurable outcomes. Provide senior oversight for complex engagements, support pre-sales and opportunity shaping, and drive market positioning through events and thought leadership, including case studies and collateral.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the practice’s service offerings, transformation approaches and frameworks, and overall IP.
•Partner with Sales and KAMs to shape sales strategies for selected accounts and lead discovery workshops and business cases.
•Act as the senior escalation point and provide hands-on oversight for complex, strategically significant engagements to ensure quality, client satisfaction, and margin discipline.
•Lead and support pre-sales and multidisciplinary opportunity shaping with peer Practice Managers and Delivery Leads on scope and solution development.
•Monitor digital business model innovation trends and drive external presence through events, thought leadership, case studies, and market-facing collateral.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management; relevant certifications are an asset.
•8+ years of experience in tech consulting, digital strategy, or business transformation, with sustained senior client-facing exposure.
•Proven track record partnering with Sales functions and navigating enterprise B2B commercial dynamics and selling cycles.
•Demonstrated commercial experience, including pre-sales leadership, proposal construction, and/or business development in a consulting/advisory context.
•Experience with Agile methodologies and fluency in English (mandatory).
