Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost control for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, time, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Develop and maintain Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) and align budgets with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and control accounts.
  • •Prepare and manage accruals and cost forecasts to reflect Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP) and Ensure accurate cost data for management decisions.
  • •Support change control processes by providing cost information for change notes and underpin forecasts.
  • •Collaborate with integrated project teams to establish robust PMB and ensure seamless integration with scheduling, risk, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional project controls experience specializing in cost engineering/control across the project lifecycle
  • •Detailed understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting and performance reporting/analysis
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to influence, manage, motivate and develop a team in a diverse environment
  • •Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance and membership of a professional body (e.g., APM or PMI)
  • •Experience leading Cost Control Assurance activities and understanding interactions with Scheduling, Risk, Reporting and Change Control
