Key Requirements

  • •Three or four year Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics (or related field), or a foreign equivalent.
  • •5 years of progressively responsible experience in the role or accounting/finance/advisory titles.
  • •Experience including financial statement audits or accounting/transaction advisory consulting services.
  • •Strong technical accounting capabilities, including US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, and preparation of private/public financial statements and footnotes.
  • •CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA) licensure/membership (US or other jurisdictions) required.
