Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and monitor the sawdust dryer, APV evaporator, calciners, and other processing equipment to support safe and continuous production.
  • •Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • •Follow HACCP and GMP procedures and maintain an organized, clean work area.
  • •Complete the Master Sanitation Schedule in a timely and accurate manner and assist with sanitation-related documentation.
  • •Maintain current production logs and Master Sanitation Schedule documentation, including ensuring compliance with cyclone-related air permit requirements.
