Sr Talent Partner -12 mths Contract

Own full-cycle recruiting planning and execution for open roles by creating recruiting and interview plans, driving proactive candidate sourcing, and building networks for both active and passive talent. Leverage relationships with vendors and niche posting sites, maintain and optimize the ATS for reporting and metrics, and partner with HR teams to enable seamless onboarding. Support hiring managers through follow-ups, budget management, and training/mentoring recruiters on sourcing processes and tools.
