Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies, using PPE, and reporting hazards promptly.
  • •Assemble and manually pack meal kits and customer boxes to required specifications, focusing on accuracy and freshness.
  • •Portion and label ingredients accurately, including weights and labeling information, and assist machine operators on automated equipment.
  • •Operate printing machines to produce kit, shipping, ingredient labels, recipe cards, and inserts while ensuring label accuracy and minimizing waste.
  • •Clean and sanitize equipment/work areas and manage label/insert/recipe card inventory, including disposing of expired or obsolete labels.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Willing and able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • •Ability to stand for prolonged periods with regular bending, twisting, and walking.

  • •Willing to work in a refrigerated environment (0°C to 4°C) and accommodate overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
