Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • •2+ years as a people manager leading manufacturing test engineering or adjacent fields.
  • •Experience with Linux and test automation tools/technologies such as C#, Python, NixOS, or LabVIEW.
  • •Knowledge of hardware communication protocols and electronic/RF test equipment, plus testing standards (e.g., acceptance, EOL, ESS testing).
