Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for agentic AI capabilities within WCIB, including prioritizing high-impact opportunities and setting outcomes and OKRs.
  • •Lead end-to-end product lifecycle across discovery, delivery, launch, and optimization for complex cross-LOB agentic use cases.
  • •Design agent-enabled workflows with clear task boundaries, decision rights, and human-in-the-loop controls to ensure production-grade, reusable and auditable solutions.
  • •Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and the Enterprise AI CoE to ensure enterprise AI governance, model risk, data, and security requirements are met.
  • •Serve as single accountable product owner, influence adoption across WCIB leaders and frontline teams, and communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.
