Job Summary

Lead technical simulation operations and maintenance support for a Flight Mission Simulator (FMS) used in Patriot test programs. Troubleshoot simulation hardware issues, analyze data, resolve anomalies, and coordinate cross-functional engineering across hardware, software, mechanical, and integration/testing teams. Provide subject-matter expertise for root-cause identification, system performance assessments, and verification/validation support, while mentoring peers and junior engineers and documenting all actions. Onsite in Andover, MA with occasional second-shift support and up to 10% domestic travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical simulation operations and maintenance support for FMS issues and troubleshooting.
•Troubleshoot and resolve simulation hardware issues to maintain mission-capable performance for Patriot programs.
•Lead onsite activities including integration and test preparation, test execution, data analysis, and issue resolution for Hardware-in-the-Loop assets.
•Serve as a subject-matter expert for root-cause identification and resolution of system anomalies and performance assessments.
•Mentor peers and junior engineers; coordinate cross-functional engineering and document actions and steps taken.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and a STEM degree.
•Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems testing.
•Experience working in a test facility, integration lab, depot, and/or field environment.
•Experience developing or troubleshooting simulations, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation systems.
