•Support account opening and closing (including CDARS, ICS, credit/debit cards, checking and money market accounts) and assist with payment research and lockbox inquiries.
•Process insufficient funds and non-posted transactions using daily reports and established procedures by deadlines.
•Train clients on bank products and provide troubleshooting and assistance with client software and integrations.
•Collaborate with the team and sales to maintain compliance knowledge and drive organic deposit growth.

Key Requirements
