Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the backlog product management and prioritize the backlog based on value, effort, risk, and technical or business knowledge.
  • •Gather requirements through workshops, focus groups, or user studies to inform backlog.
  • •Conceive and write user stories to help development and QA teams understand deliverables for each sprint.
  • •Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of deliverables and acceptance criteria.
  • •Contribute to transformation of customer journeys for large CAC 40 clients and ensure high quality service.

Key Requirements

  • •bac+5 education with ideally first experience in product activities and customer journey design.
  • •Knowledge of insurance, the banking sector (retail/investment) or digital journeys and user experience is appreciated but not mandatory.

  • •You are comfortable operating in anglophone environments.
