Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, including driving branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams.
  • •Drive business development and deliver strong team and individual performance across Truist small business, mass affluent, and related partnership strategies.
  • •Grow branch revenue through small business development and new client strategies, including face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including partnering with IRM and operations partners and completing required training.
  • •Oversee human capital decisions for the branch team, including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.
  • •Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise (or equivalent experience/performance).
  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, and prioritization skills.
  • •Comply with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act requirements within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and an NMLS background check.
