Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support for available insurance policies by organizing, validating, and verifying data.
  • •Collaborate directly with Dutch teams and communicate with insurers, clients, and consultants to process information.
  • •Prepare renewal documents, perform calculations, and analyze membership data to support policy administration.
  • •Gather and organize data so Aon colleagues can review the Dutch insurance market.
  • •Work on and prepare reports and documentation related to chosen policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role is useful; strong learning ability is key.
  • •Fluent English and Dutch (at least B2+) for daily communication with others.
  • •Intermediate Excel skills for processing insurance data.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to keep track of large volumes of data at a fast pace.
  • •A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economic, Finance or Math would be useful (not crucial).
