Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of pricing support for the High Net Worth (HNW) business.
  • •Manage a team of two or three analysts from graduate to nearly qualified level.
  • •Provide first-class insight to internal customers through pricing analytics and actuarial modelling.
  • •Engage regularly with internal stakeholders, including Retail Pricing Leaders, Underwriting, Reserving, Claims and Finance.
  • •Develop and maintain actuarial data and systems, and coach junior colleagues while supporting an inclusive team culture.

  • •Strong numeracy and analytical capability for pricing and actuarial decision-making.
  • •Experience gained in a Personal Lines Pricing role.
  • •Knowledge of relevant actuarial disciplines and procedures, such as claims trend analysis, performance forecasting, and predictive modelling.
  • •Proven communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal stakeholders effectively.
  • •Software skills in the MS Office suite; PowerBI, SQL, R and Radar would be an advantage.
