•Lead complex technology and service management projects analyzing business processes, systems, operating models, and industry best practices.
•Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
•Support planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of ITSM processes and SMO initiatives.
•Develop integrated project management plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource plans, and present weekly/monthly executive status reports.
•Support ITSM platform implementations and enhancements, including requirements definition, process alignment, testing, and organizational readiness activities.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 101,400 - 211,250 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience leading medium-to-large-scale information technology projects.
•Minimum 5 years of consulting experience within a Project Management Office (PMO), Enterprise PMO, or Service Management Office (SMO).
•Minimum 3 years of experience leading or supporting ITSM, service transformation, or enterprise service platform implementation projects.
•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
•Ability to travel to the client site in Salem, OR on an average of 25%.
