Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day floor support, including tooling design and gauging, to support manufacturing excellence.
  • •Conduct process improvements using manufacturing data to improve safety, product quality, customer delivery, and cost reductions.
  • •Maintain and improve safe, environmentally responsible manufacturing processes using MESH and Eaton/industry practices.
  • •Design and document processes to meet quality specifications (including Eaton Quality System, AS9100, and NADCAP) and create/maintain pFMEAs and process documents.
  • •Support HPWT/Focus Factory activities and troubleshoot product stops and tooling/machine issues, implementing continuous flow concepts and reducing DMR and process stop occurrences.

Salary: USD 71,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Minimum of one (1) year manufacturing engineering experience.
  • •Minimum of one (1) year experience collaborating and participating in engineering projects.
  • •Experience with 2D/3D CAD modeling and creating detailed drawings.
