Job Summary

Support NVIDIA rack-scale AI systems through partner integration, validation, launch readiness, and production ramp. Serve as a technical specialist for GPU and networking products, working with architecture, engineering, program, account, and partner teams to resolve issues and drive successful ODM and manufacturing integration. Provide primarily onsite technical support (with remote and travel-based assistance) and develop demos and example builds while enabling internal and partner stakeholders across the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Support design-in, integration readiness, issue resolution, and ramp execution for GPU and networking products in collaboration with internal and partner teams.
•Establish and maintain technical relationships with partner engineering teams and internal cross-functional launch teams.
•Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the CSP/ODM AI market to implement NVIDIA solutions.
•Provide primarily onsite technical support, with remote and travel-based support, to debug hardware, firmware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
•Lead the product across design-in, NPI, rack integration, validation, production ramp, sustaining support, and lifecycle transitions, including creating demos and example system builds.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of experience in system design, datacenter deployment, manufacturing support, technical customer support, or ODM/partner integration.
•Familiarity with server, rack, GPU, networking, storage, power, thermal, cabling, firmware, BMC, and Linux-based debug workflows.
•Experience supporting integration, validation, or production ramp of complex datacenter systems.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, collaborating effectively with management and engineering teams.
