Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-discipline Project Controls teams on medium risk/complexity/value projects or programmes, or support teams on higher-risk initiatives.
  • •Define scope using exclusions, assumptions, interfaces, and dependencies, and coordinate scope decomposition to enable a Work Breakdown Structure.
  • •Establish a robust Performance Measurement Baseline with the Integrated Project Team and manage the change control process.
  • •Integrate and align scope, cost, risk, and schedule; analyse performance data including Earned Value Management to support delivery decisions.
  • •Liaise with suppliers and Finance to integrate performance data and produce Cost and Cash Estimate to Complete and Estimate At Complete profiles.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record delivering projects in highly regulated sectors such as defence or infrastructure.
  • •Project Controls experience across a significant proportion of the project lifecycle.
  • •Experience applying two or more disciplines including planning and scheduling, cost estimation, cost control, risk management, or performance reporting, plus associated software/tools.
  • •Good understanding of how Integrated Project Controls disciplines operate.
  • •Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant technical or management field (or suitable equivalent qualifications and experience).
