Filialleiter Assistent / Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d)

Support the Store Manager in running store operations and leading the team to deliver KPIs, sales targets, and profit opportunities. Monitor performance through reports and action plans, control costs and day-to-day operations including stock management, payroll, admin, and rosters. Coach and develop team members through training and product knowledge, maintain strong visual standards, and take full store responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.
