Job Summary

Help SI partners build and ship production-grade Agentforce solutions at scale. Prototype and validate ideas, create reference implementations, starter kits, demos, and evaluation harnesses partners can extend and deploy. Review partner architectures across agent design, retrieval, guardrails, observability, cost, security, and readiness. Coach partner FDEs through technical walkthroughs and convert field lessons into reusable assets and product/engineering feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Prototype quickly to validate ideas, expose platform gaps, and unblock first-of-kind implementation risks.
•Build reference implementations, starter kits, demos, field kits, and evaluation harnesses partners can fork, extend, and deploy.
•Convert field lessons into reusable assets (code, diagrams, checklists, decision trees, implementation notes, and architecture guidance).
•Review partner Agentforce architectures for agent design, retrieval strategy, tooling, guardrails, observability, cost, security, and production readiness.
•Coach partner FDEs and architects through design clinics, office hours, portfolio reviews, and targeted technical walkthroughs.

Key Requirements

•Have shipped or seriously prototyped software, agents, automations, internal tools, or technical demos.
•Provide evidence of your work (e.g., GitHub repos, demo apps, notebooks, architecture docs, eval harnesses, demo orgs, or open-source contributions).
•Build with LLMs/agents using RAG, tool use, workflow orchestration, or automation systems.
•Debug agent behavior using traces/logs, identify failure modes (tool calls, context/data issues, latency, UX gaps).
•Demonstrate enterprise architecture judgment across APIs, data flows, identity, security, integration, observability, and operational handoff.
