Key Responsibilities

  • •Review resumes, help identify qualified candidates, and conduct initial screens for select roles with support from the TA Partner.
  • •Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams, and maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse.
  • •Support candidate communication throughout the hiring process and help prepare interview materials, candidate summaries, and recruiting updates.
  • •Track scorecards, follow-ups, and next steps to keep searches moving, improving candidate response times and consistency.
  • •Assist with job postings, sourcing projects, candidate pipeline management, and offer/onboarding coordination once candidates are selected.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, people operations, coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort speaking with candidates over video or phone.
  • •High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • •Comfort working in systems and maintaining organized candidate records.
  • •Curiosity about recruiting, talent, and people operations; experience with Greenhouse and other recruiting tools is a plus.
