Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and maintain machines in the shop for pipe fabrication.
  • •Measure, record, and add random pipe length; cut pipe and perform rolling/grooving, threading, and beveling using Landis machines.
  • •Move loose and/or bundled pipe within the pipe yard.
  • •Assemble pipe orders in single sticks or bundles and keep work supplies organized.
  • •Follow vital safety precautions and operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson safe operating procedures.
