Job Summary

Lead a data engineering team to build and manage a sustainable, profitable services model tied to targets. Partner with sales during consultative motions, support RFP responses, and translate business needs into BI and data warehousing/data lake reporting solutions. Own technical delivery across data warehouse engagements (design, development, testing, deployment) and apply metadata modeling concepts like star schema, snowflake, and SCD while coordinating offshore teams and improving performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage a sustainable, profitable services model with targets for the team.
•Assist sales in consultative processes, elevate proposals with relevant expertise, and help respond to RFP opportunities.
•Manage multiple simultaneous technical projects, including planning, scheduling, estimating, and successful completion.
•Apply large-scale data warehousing/data lake architecture and metadata modeling techniques, including team coordination across design, development, testing, training, and deployment.
•Manage team milestones and performance (one-on-ones, quarterly reviews, hiring and staff improvement planning) and help resolve issues to support business growth.

Key Requirements

•Prefer Vietnamese candidates for this role.
•10+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence and Data warehousing.
•Over 3 years of commercial experience in structured project management (planning, scheduling, estimating, directing, and completing multiple technical projects).
•Strong contract/project negotiation and renegotiation skills.
•Very good knowledge of data warehousing concepts and metadata modeling (e.g., star schema, snowflake, federated sources, SCD).
