Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead moderately complex projects to launch new programs and implement scalable processes across multiple accounts or regions with cross-functional alignment.
  • •Use understanding of the CX portfolio to scale strategies and enablement for recurring revenue offers.
  • •Influence outcomes across teams/accounts to expand programs and optimize contracts.
  • •Deliver enablement and knowledge transfer through demos, enablement sessions, strategic alignment forums, and field/partner calls, including pipeline and account reviews.
  • •Track customer outcomes, escalate risks/opportunities, support automation/analytics integration, and coordinate program rollouts with accurate tracking and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s + 5 years related experience, or Master’s + 3 years, or PhD + 0 years, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead moderately complex projects across accounts or regions with cross-functional alignment.
  • •Strong understanding of CX portfolio and experience scaling recurring revenue offers.
  • •Experience coordinating enablement and program launches for customer segments.
  • •Ability to track customer outcomes, manage risks/opportunities, and report adoption metrics.
