Process trade finance transactions for multiple business segments by accurately entering customer documents to produce final outputs. Handle front-office trade operations at the trade counter, including customer interaction, trade counter queries, document collection, dispatch, verification, and tracking. Review and resolve customer complaints through corrective and preventive actions, while ensuring compliance with bank policies. Scan, index, and upload documents into the system/EDMS within agreed timelines and escalate issues to the manager when needed.
