Head of Product Management - AgenticAI/Data

Define and own the product vision, multi-year roadmap, and go-to-market alignment for BMC’s next-generation, cloud-native AgenticAI/data offerings built from scratch. Lead customer discovery and co-innovation to validate product-market fit, partner with engineering to translate strategy into scalable products, and develop pricing, business cases, and competitive positioning. Build and mentor a growing product management team while representing the voice of product to executives, analysts, customers, and ecosystem partners.
