Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-discipline Project Controls teams for medium risk/complexity/value projects or be part of a team for higher risk/complexity/value programmes.
  • •Define scope using exclusions, assumptions, interfaces, and dependencies, and coordinate decomposition to enable a Work Breakdown Structure.
  • •With the Integrated Project Team, establish a robust Performance Measurement Baseline and manage change control.
  • •Analyse performance data, including Earned Value Management, to provide insight and support delivery decisions.
  • •Mentor and coach team members and assure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of Project Controls outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record delivering projects in highly regulated sectors such as defence or infrastructure.
  • •Project Controls experience across a significant proportion of the project lifecycle.
  • •Experience applying two or more Project Controls disciplines (e.g., Planning/Scheduling, Cost Estimation/Cost Control, Risk Management, Performance Reporting) and their associated software/tools.
  • •Good understanding of how Integrated Project Controls disciplines operate.
  • •Undergraduate degree in a relevant technical or management field or suitable equivalent qualifications and experience.
