Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of standard and non-standard FCM/HSS module projects for ship new building applications, meeting agreed margin, delivery time, and quality. Coordinate approvals and project drawings (mechanical + electrical), manage budgeted margin, and support PR issuance, quotation/drawing needs, and claim handling. Work closely with sales/customers, CLASS, and internal product centers to resolve technical issues, improve customer satisfaction, and feed product improvement insights to the Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle and deliver projects with agreed margin, delivery time, and quality.
•Manage standard and non-standard FCM/HSS module projects for ship new building applications and extend module product areas.
•Follow the signed TA to issue PR for module components and prepare approval/working drawings (mechanical + electrical).
•Control project margin within budget and deliver on specification, on time, and on cost.
•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (sales/customers, CLASS, central product center) to resolve issues, support drawings/quotation, and provide feedback to the Product Manager on FCM/HSS improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical (marine engine background is a plus).
•6+ years’ working experience with project coordination/planning (marine experience is a plus).
•Background and insight in Marine product and knowledge of Alfa Laval product (helpful).
•Experience in module design/manufacturing (plus) and familiarity with marine Class regulation.
•Fluent written and spoken English, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
