Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures at oil & gas facilities according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment for structural integrity and safety compliance before and after use.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to plan scaffolding requirements for ongoing projects.
  • •Ensure scaffolding work complies with company policies and regulatory safety standards (including OSHA).
  • •Maintain documentation of scaffolding inspections and safety incidents, identify hazards, and take corrective actions; assist with rigging and lifting and perform general construction labor duties when required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, ITI, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • •Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS or equivalent).
  • •Knowledge of scaffolding standards, load capacities, and safety regulations.
  • •Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and specifications; physically fit to work at heights for extended periods.
