Job Summary

Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a climate mitigation and adaptation strategy, focusing on decarbonization, GHG accounting, and regulatory disclosures. Help manage GHG inventories (Scopes 1, 2, and 3), contribute to decarbonization planning and climate risk assessments, and assist with external reporting such as CDP and CSRD alignment. Develop climate-related content and support internal awareness programs under senior supervision.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the annual carbon inventory process for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with the GHG Protocol.
•Assist in maintaining calculation methodologies and ensuring traceability, documentation, and data controls for climate data.
•Contribute to progress monitoring (e.g., RE100 and science-based targets) and support development, deployment, and tracking of the climate transition plan.
•Support climate risk assessments (physical and transition) and help identify emissions reduction opportunities with Engineering and Procurement.
•Assist with external climate disclosures and reporting (e.g., CDP, annual sustainability reporting, CSRD alignment) and help draft climate-related narratives and performance analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, climate change, sustainability, engineering, or a related field.
•1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
•Foundational knowledge in carbon accounting or GHG verification, including the GHG Protocol, RE100, and SBTi.
•Data analytics skills with high attention to detail and data quality (Excel required).
•Bilingualism in English/French.
