Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support for specialized systems and product applications, including advanced troubleshooting of software-driven electronics and provisioning communication infrastructure.
•Maintain, optimize, test, document, and support complex communication systems.
•Perform preventive maintenance routines with trend analysis and documentation to ensure proper system operation.
•Develop solutions for difficult technical problems encountered during system maintenance, upgrades, or support issues.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and Customer Service to maintain, optimize, and support advanced communication systems.

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in LMR/RF systems, wired/wireless IT networks, Public Safety/Engineering, or similar technical fields
•U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain required security clearance
•Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship not available
•Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, RF, and data communications; familiarity with channel banks, routers, switches
•Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Access and Motorola Radio Programming Software
