Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and enforce architectural standards, code quality metrics, and technical deployment best practices across interfaces, Power BI, and spend management.
  • •Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex architectural designs, resolving technical data bottlenecks and performance issues.
  • •Collaborate with functional and engineering teams in Professional Services to ensure seamless integration between business workflows and technical data architecture.
  • •Manage, scale, and mentor a high-performing technical team in Pune, helping individuals grow into technical leaders.
  • •Provide partner enablement and technical governance for executive-level stakeholders, ensuring smooth data transitions, data validation, and environment hand-off post go-live.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10+ years of experience in technical architecture, web-based software development, or technical professional services delivery.
  • •At least 5+ years of direct people management experience, growing and scaling highly technical engineering or delivery teams.
  • •Strong hands-on coding and technical background, with deep familiarity in ETL, EAI, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • •Advanced database expertise, including 10+ years with SQL Server, writing complex queries, and data optimization.
  • •Proven integration experience using SOAP and REST APIs plus data transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2) and data standards (CSV, XML, EDI, cXML).
