Key Responsibilities

•Develop a software-based platform that scales indefinitely, including scalable enterprise search solutions.
•Build large-scale fault-tolerant distributed systems, including performance benchmarking and tuning on Linux-based systems.
•Perform thorough peer code reviews covering interface design, code quality, and testing strategies.
•Implement customer requirements and collaborate with product teams to ensure features meet needs and ship with high quality.
•Design and implement data ingestion pipelines, secure search indexes, user interfaces, and APIs for search-based applications.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, plus 3 months of experience in the job offered or related field.
•Experience building infrastructure for distributed systems or cloud-native applications, full-stack applications spanning front-end, REST APIs, and application server, or experience in machine learning productionizing or information retrieval systems.
•Experience with Go or C++.
•Experience with Java and Python.
•Experience with TypeScript, Node, and React (plus experience with Ruby on Rails, Django, or Flask).
